Q: Is commision open?
A: Not at the moment.
Q: Can I purchase "xxx" works from before?
A: We prepare each design by batches and will not rerun them.
Best way will be searching for them on the aftermarket such as reddit's mechmarket or discord sales channel like artisan trading/mechmarket.
Shipping FAQ
Q: What shipping method will be used?
A: We will be using DHL Express. All tracking numbers will be provided along with a notification email once the parcel is being picked up by DHL Express. Usually it'll takes within a week to arrive your door steps once the parcel is being picked up.
If you have any issues with the shipment, you may reach out to DHL of your country to have it resolve immediately or you may reach out to me and I will do my best to assist you with the situation.
Q: Can I combine the parcels for me recent raffle wins?
A: Yes that'll be possible. Usually I will ship out the orders within 2-3 weeks time after running couple raffle sales. If you happens to won in multiple raffle, the orders will be combined and only a single shipping fees would incurs. (Either during the invoice sent or I'll refund additional shipping fees if it was collected additionally)
